FAQ
Owners can pay their maintenance fees with various options:
  • "E" Checks - An owner will be able to login HERE and pay their maintenance fees electronically through their own checking account. The owner may pay up to the balance owed, assuming the account is not presently in collection.
  • Credit Cards - As with the "E" check option, the owner would login HERE and remit payment with Master Card, Visa or Discover cards.
  • ACH Authorization Agreement for Preauthorized Payments - your checking or savings account can be debited the same day each month as an efficient and electronic payment alternative to paper check.
  • Mail a check to the MMI Payment Processing Center using the self addressed envelopes provided.
  • Drop your check off to the on-site management office.
  • On-Line Banking Service through your personal banking facility.
All residents and their registered guests are to follow the community's guidelines, including proper disposal of their garbage, keeping their vehicles off the sidewalk, and ensuring their pets have a leash when walking throughout the common areas. Hurricane season runs in South Florida from the beginning of June through the beginning of November. Please download and keep our Hurricane Preparedness Plan handy in case of emergency. Click HERE to view and download.
Landscape Plans shall meet or exceed current Collier County's Land Development Code, including surface parking areas, street trees, and bufferyards. All landscaping will be regulated by the most applicable zoning district. Trees shall not be excessively trimmed, and shall be allowed to grow to the full mature dimensions of each species. Approved Minutes of Board Meetings can be found under the Meeting Minutes tab. Please note that Minutes cannot be posted until they are approved at the next Board Meeting following the date of that meeting. Click here to go to that section and view the minutes.
A completed ARC package must be submitted to the board for review. The board meets once a month and have 30 days to review after a completed package has been submitted. Please note that we will work with you and the board to have your completed application reviewed as soon as possible. (board will determine applicable fee and deposit required).

Click HERE for an ARC application. Please include a description of work on Page 1 next to 'Other.' A copy of the contractors business license and insurance must also be provided. (required by GC and all subcontractors)

- General liability: must have additionally insured (marked with an x or y)
- Workers comp coverage is required (workers comp exemption is not accepted)
- Certificate holder must name Maple Ridge HOA as additional insured
