5. Who created the rules for the community?
The original rules and regulations for the community were created by the developer and the Board of Directors has the authority to change and update certain rules from time to time.

 

6. Do improvements to the exterior of my home (architectural modifications) need to be approved?
Yes, architectural modifications to the exterior of your home including but not limited to: painting, fencing, landcaping, pool installation, driveway alterations, patios, pavers, windows & doors etc. MUST be approved by the Association and no work can begin on your home without first obtaining approval from the Association.

 

7. Where can I get an architecural modification application (ACC application) and who can apply for one?
Only the Owner of the home can apply for an architectural modification on the website. Vendors cannot apply or use the website. There are no paper applications.

 

8. How long will it take to get a response on my arcitectural modification application (ACC application)?
It varies depending on the applicant. If the application is complete with all required supporting documents, it may be responded to quickly, but the maximum timeframe is 45 days after the application is complete. If requirements and documents are missing and requested from the applicant, the application will be deemed incomplete. Upon the presentation of the requested information, the timeframe will re-start again.

 

9. Is there a fee required for an arcitectural mofification application (ACC application)?

10. If I plan to lease or sell my home, what is the process to apply for screening?
All purchase and lease applicants over the age of 18 years must conduct a background check with Tenant Evaluation by visting www.tenantev.com. You will need to create an account through their website using the application code 10797.

 

11. Can I pay my monthly Association dues online?
Yes, go to https://www.miamimanagement.com/payonline/
 

12. What is the best way to pay my Association dues?
Enrolling in ACH (automatic debit) is the most convienient and effecient method of payment. Please reach out to the administrative assistant, Rebecca Reyes at rereyes@miamimanagement.com to request an ACH enrollement form if you are interested. You MUST have a zero balance on your account at the time of enrollement.   

 

13. What is the best way to contact the Board?
Please email any questions, comments or concerns to your property manager, Barbara Martinez at bmartinez@miamimanagement.com and if the matter requires the Board's attention, she will forward same to them. You can also attend any posted Board meetings. Residents cannot contact the Board directly for association matters.
